Open Positions
Operations Manager
- Working directly with the owners, owners’ representatives, engineers, architects, builders, developers, landscape architects, etc.
- Develop purchasing strategies
- Review and process purchase orders
- Maintain records of goods ordered and received
- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors
- Evaluate vendors based on quality, timeliness, and priceÂ
- Schedules deliveries and ensures timely fulfillment of orders
- Research and evaluate vendors to compare pricing and services
- Monitor inventory and determine supply needs
- Stay current with purchasing technology trends and oversees purchase and implementation, as necessary
- Answer incoming calls & e-mails with orders
- Help with change orders
- Manage warehouse inventory and keep record of inventory
- Select carriers for transportation and negotiate pricing
- Respond to and resolve complaints or problems
- Keep up-to-date on shipping carriers, routes and rates and any changes to them
- Help clients & Project Managers with warranty issues
- Other misc. admin duties/projects as assigned
- Analyzing existing inventory procedures and coming up with ways in which they can be improved

- Manage Technical Division and Warranties
Project Manager
- Working directly with the Subcontractors to accomplish project Goals
- Managing all on field operations on your projects
- Managing the CPS crews heading to your jobsites
- Making sure Projects are done as per plan
- Checking to make sure everything on site is done correctly
- Managing projects from start to finish
- Manage a team of workers, including work schedules, project progress and resource allocation
- Assuring field teams have direction on daily tasks and prepared with what is needed for the day
Pool Service Technician
- Working directly with the owners, owners’ representatives, engineers, architects, builders, developers, landscape architects, etc.
- This role will be responsible for the pool and water features service including repairs and installations
- Scheduling installation of equipment as needed
- Perform or instruct implementation of equipment to repair technicians
- Installation of equipment such as pumps, valves, plumbing, filters, automation, acid wash, drain and cleans, heaters and heat pumps, salt systems
- Wear company uniform and present self in a neat condition at all times. **Request uniform replacement when appropriate
- Understanding and complying with all Department of Transportation (DOT) rules and regulations as they pertain to the operation of our fully equipped service trucks
- Maintain clean driving record
- Develop a service plan for other services and establish who will be responsible for the job
- Maintain vehicle clean, free of excess chemicals, clutter, and garbage
- Ensuring that no damage results from misuse of Company or Customer’s personal property
- Maintain customer service including clearing phone messages and returning customer phone calls on a timely manner
- Maintenance of equipment, warehouse, service office on a daily basis
- Notify supervisor of changes in route or cancellation
