Cesar takes a hands-on approach to leadership, personally visiting job sites to guarantee that each client’s expectations are not just met, but exceeded. His commitment to quality and service has helped shape CPS Outdoors into a trusted name in luxury outdoor living. Jeremy has over 18 years of experience and is a Genesis®-certified Master Pool Builder—one of the industry’s most prestigious designations—demonstrating his commitment to excellence and continuous advancement in watershape design and construction. He studied project management at FIU and Nova Southeastern University. He is well-versed in pool construction and OSHA 30. He takes pride in delivering personal service and exceeding every client’s expectations. Moreover, Jeremy is well known and respected by top developers, general contractors, landscape architects, engineers, and designers from all over the world which enables him to execute high-level projects involving large teams successfully. Many of the projects he has personally overseen to completion have won industry awards and accolades and is a testament to the quality product he takes pride in delivering to his clients.

Diego is the engineer behind the Aquaticfloors® system. He holds a master’s degree in mechatronics from Université Catholique de Louvain. For more than 20 years, he has been inventing, developing, and improving a variety of products, all linked to the pool industry. In addition to his role in CPS Outdoors, Diego is the Managing Director of Ocean International, a European leader in automatic slatted pool covers. His extensive experience in movable floors, pool covers, and other movable structures in swimming pools ensure that whatever will be proposed to the customer is realistic and will work from day one. Excluding the pool construction jobs, Diego oversees every single project by being the technical contact for all customers during the product specification and the engineering phases. He also supervises the manufacturing and pre-assembly to avoid any surprise on the job site.
