SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for leading and coordinating all phases of pool construction for both residential & commercial swimming pool and water features.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead & coordinate commencement of job, excavation, steel installation, gunite application or concrete pour, plumbing, electrical, equipment installation, and startup.
- Manage team of workers, including subcontractors, work schedules, project progress, and safety standards.
- Optimize work flow efficiency and resource availability.
- Come up with project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
- Ensure timely and efficient communication with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal team members.
- Monitor progress on the job.
- Resolve or address challenges in a timely manner to minimize delays and avoid set-backs in schedule.
- Work with Accounting & Estimating team to forecast progress billing and manage financial planning.
- Understand plans and identify possible changes needed.

Pool Service Technician
DEPARTMENT: Service Department
REPORTS TO: Service Manager

SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for performing the pool cleaning & maintenance for all service including repairs and installations for all accounts including fountains, pools, wet walls, spas, cold plunges, or any other water feature.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working directly with the owners, owners’ representatives, engineers, architects, builders, developers, landscape architect, etc
- Scheduling installation of equipment as needed with Construction and Service Manager
- Perform and instruct implementation of equipment to Department Manager
- Installation of equipment such as pumps, valves, plumbing, filters, automation, heaters, heat pumps, salt systems, among other as needed
- Perform acid washes, draining and cleaning of pools as needed by Service or Construction Division
- Wear company uniform and present self in neat condition at all times.
- Understand and comply with all Department of Transportation (DOT) rules and regulations as they pertain to the operation of our fully equipped service trucks
- Maintain clean driving record
- Maintain vehicle clean, free of excess chemicals. Clutter, and garbage
- Ensure that no damage results from misuse of company or customer’s personal property
- Provide customer service including but not limited to answering phone calls and text messages, emails, returning emails, phone calls and messages in a timely manner
- Maintain equipment, warehouse, and service office on a daily basis
- Notify supervisor of changes in route or cancellations
- Log all daily activities into the service software used by CPS

Senior Estimator
Job Location: Miami Beach, FL
Duties
- Analyze & review architectural, plumbing, structural, civil & landscape plans, specifically high-end pools & water feature engineered plans.
- Provide detailed cost estimating services to private residential & commercial clients. Detailed estimates cover construction, plumbing, equipment, finishes & any specialty items utilizing customized templates, Excel, Blue Beam, On Screen Take Off, Builder Trend, & Procore.
- Supervise, lead & assign tasks to assistant estimators. Lead sales department to final contract details & pre-construction planning. Collaborate w/ construction & equipment suppliers to acquire accurate pricing & information.
- Provide necessary change orders & assist in negotiations. Ensure costs &/or expenses for construction projects accurately comply w/ clients’ &/or organizations’ budgets, Projects closeouts & closeout documentation.
- Create, analyze, & manage excel sheets & power point graphs for efficient take-offs, estimates, & overall yearly performance.
- 5% travel w/in the United States.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related degree & 24 months experience in the job offered, as a Cost Estimator, or in a closely related position.
- Experience which may have been obtained concurrently must include 24 months of experience in the use of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Power Point), Blue Beam, & On Screen Take Off.
