Prefabricated pools, set by crane on a waterfront podium
At La Maré the pool vessels arrive as prefabricated modules and are hoisted onto the structure while the building rises around them. Coordinating the lifts with the general contractor keeps the pool scope off the critical path.

For weight-sensitive, elevated and restricted-access sites
Where concrete is too heavy or too hard to get onto the site, stainless steel systems offer a lighter alternative with high dimensional accuracy.

Every CPS Outdoors project moves through a structured design and engineering process that turns the initial vision into a coordinated, buildable, high-performance pool. Because our own team runs every phase, there is no wait for an outside designer between steps.
Complete 3D renderings let the team approve materials and lighting before construction.
Schematic design (SD)
Establish design intent with initial concepts, layouts and preliminary site considerations.
Design development (DD)
Refine geometry, dimensions and elevations, select finishes and key features, and coordinate with site conditions.
MEP & pool systems design
Develop hydraulic, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, including filtration, heating, sanitation and equipment layout.
95% design coordination
Finalize design details, coordinate all disciplines, confirm materials and finishes, and resolve potential conflicts in BIM / Revit.
Construction documents (CD)
