The view captures your attention. The craftsmanship holds it.

Set along Miami Beach’s waterfront, this completed CPS Outdoors project brings together clean architectural lines, rich blue water, and carefully executed details that connect the pool to the home around it.

The elongated pool follows the geometry of the residence, creating a strong visual connection between the architecture and the waterfront. An infinity edge carries the eye toward the bay, while the integrated spa and broad entry steps add dimension to the water. Pale stone, tropical greenery, and surrounding terraces complete a setting that feels cohesive from every angle.

A finished space like this is the result of countless decisions—and the people responsible for getting them right.

The alignment of an edge. The transition between materials. The relationship between water level and the surrounding deck. Details that may seem subtle in the finished project require care, coordination, and precision throughout construction.

At CPS Outdoors, we take pride in that work. In the craftsmanship you can see, the construction behind it, and the collaboration that brings each project to completion. Our standard is reflected in how the finished space looks, how it functions, and how every element comes together.

This waterfront project is a beautiful expression of that commitment: a pool that complements its surroundings while making a statement of its own.

Take a closer look through the reel—from the full waterfront perspective to the details along the water’s edge.

Which feature stands out to you: the infinity edge, the integrated spa, or the connection to the home’s architecture?

Some evenings leave you with more than great memories—they remind you how much the people behind the work matter. 🥂

This past week, CPS had the honor of welcoming @masterpoolsguild to Miami, and we kicked off their visit with a cocktail hour at our showroom. It was a chance to come together, share a few drinks, and enjoy conversations beyond the usual day-to-day.

Seeing our showroom filled with laughter, lively conversation, and so much energy made the evening special. We’re proud of the work we do, and moments like these make us even more grateful for the relationships we get to build along the way.

To everyone at MPG: thank you for making the trip, spending this time with us, and bringing such wonderful energy to our space. It meant a great deal to our team to host you, and we hope you felt as welcome as we were excited to have you here.

We have more moments from this visit to share throughout the week, but we’re starting here—with a room full of people we were honored to welcome and an evening we’ll remember fondly.

Renovation is not about replacing everything. It is about seeing what a space can become.

At this Star Island residence, CPS Outdoors reimagined the existing poolscape through a complete pool renovation, upgraded decking, integrated water features, architectural lighting and renewed landscaping.

The result is a more cohesive outdoor environment—one that feels lighter, more intentional and better connected to the home and waterfront setting.

Swipe to see the transformation.

Long before materials reach the jobsite, the work has already begun.

Receiving, staging, equipment preparation and crew coordination all influence what happens in the field. Our warehouse and operations teams keep the right materials moving, the right equipment ready and each project supported from behind the scenes.

This daily preparation is part of how CPS Outdoors approaches complex pool construction: with planning, accountability and attention to every handoff.

A pool should feel like part of the architecture not an addition to it.

From the way water meets the landscape to the alignment of an edge with the horizon, the strongest outdoor environments are shaped by hundreds of connected decisions.

CPS Outdoors is able to design, engineer and build these elements in-house, creating better coordination between the pool structure, hydraulics, finishes and surrounding architecture.

Swipe through five ways thoughtful pool design extends beyond the waterline.

A successful aquatic project is engineered long before construction begins.

This 3D equipment model is part of the technical design process our team uses to transform design intent into a coordinated, buildable system. CPS Outdoors provides in-house design and engineering capabilities that include:

• 3D and BIM equipment-room modeling
• Hydraulic calculations, pipe sizing and system-flow planning
• Pump, filtration, heating, treatment and control-system coordination
• Plumbing routing and penetration planning
• Equipment spacing, service clearance and maintenance access
• Clash detection and coordination with structural, architectural and MEP plans
• Constructability reviews and detailed installation documentation

Modeling the complete system allows us to evaluate how every component will fit, connect, operate and be serviced before work begins in the field. It also gives architects, engineers and general contractors a clearer view of the system—helping resolve conflicts earlier and reducing costly changes during construction.

CPS Outdoors is more than a pool contractor. We bring design, technical engineering and construction expertise together under one team.

Designed with precision. Engineered for performance. Built by CPS Outdoors.

30 floors above Miami, one of seven pools we’re building at the @waldorfresidencesmiami is beginning to take shape.

There’s still plenty of work ahead, but even at this stage, it’s easy to see what will make this pool so special. The setting, the height, and those uninterrupted views across Miami create a backdrop that is hard to match.

Building pools at this level comes with an entirely different set of challenges. Every detail has to be carefully coordinated with the surrounding structure, building systems, access, logistics, and the many teams working throughout the tower.

This is just one piece of a much larger scope for CPS Outdoors at Waldorf Astoria Residences Miami, where our team is responsible for the construction of seven pools throughout the development.

More progress to come.
